Purpose

This personal fitness dashboard is operated by Geoff Scheid to display his own workout and wellness trends. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnoses or treatment.

Google Health information

When the owner connects Google Health, the dashboard requests read-only access to activity and fitness, health metrics and measurements, and sleep information. The site stores daily summaries needed to produce its charts, along with an encrypted authorization token. It does not sell health information or use it for advertising.

The use of information received from Google Health API and/or Developer Tools will adhere to the Google Health API Developer and User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Access and retention

The owner has chosen to publish daily steps, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, active zone minutes, and body weight on this public dashboard. Anyone visiting the site can view these measurements and workout details. Connection settings, authorization credentials, syncing, and workout editing remain restricted to the authenticated owner. Authorization can be revoked in Google Account permissions. Locally stored summaries may be deleted upon request.
